Why here

Why study MBBS in Malaysia

  • BMDC-recognised medical schools

We only shortlist faculties recognised by the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council so you can register at home.

  • Teaching hospitals from year three

Clinical rotations run in Malaysian government and university hospitals with English-speaking supervision.

  • Lower total cost than the private route at home

A full MD costs BDT 45-70 lakh including living, against BDT 60 lakh-plus at many private colleges in Bangladesh.

  • MMC and MQA accredited

Every program we place students on is accredited by the Malaysian Medical Council.

MBBS in Malaysia — what to expect

We only shortlist faculties recognised by the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council so you can register at home.

What it costs

The table above sets out the indicative range by level. For the most common route, budget around BDT 45-75 Lakh across the full programme including living costs. Universities revise fees each intake, so treat these as planning figures and ask us for the exact number once you have a shortlist.

Entry requirements

Where you enter depends on your last completed qualification. SSC or O-Level students start at foundation level, HSC or A-Level students go directly into the first year of a degree, and a completed bachelor opens the masters route. Each course page lists the requirements in full.

How we help

Counselling, university selection, the application itself and the visa file are all free. We are paid by the universities we work with, not by students, so the shortlist you get is built around your grades and budget rather than a commission table.

  • I applied to three universities through uniThink and got offers from all three. They were straight with me about which one my grades and budget actually fit, instead of pushing the most expensive one. EMGS took seven weeks and they tracked it the whole way.

  • My parents were nervous about sending me abroad at 18. The counselor sat with them twice and went through the costs line by line. No hidden fees turned up later — the figure we were given at the start is what we paid.

The fee table above shows the range by level. Universities revise fees each intake, so we confirm the exact figure for your chosen university in writing before you apply.

That depends on your grades and budget as much as on ranking. We shortlist three to five that will realistically accept you, then explain the trade-offs between them.

In most cases yes, particularly within the first semester and inside the same faculty. We flag which universities make this easy before you enrol.

No. Counselling, university selection, application handling and visa guidance are free. We are paid by the universities we partner with, not by students.
